Fees
 
Fees are $20 per class, or term concession based on $15 / class x weeks in term.

These are general classes and all are welcome. For classes, please wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat and blanket if you have them. In addition to the scheduled classes above, private classes are available by arrangement. These are especially useful for people recovering from injury or illness, or with special needs, and can be held in the comfort of your own home.

About Nicola

I live with my family at Orere Point, where I enjoy the peaceful and beautiful environment.

Originally trained in Dance, I have been teaching yoga since 1997 in the Clevedon / Kawakawa Bay area. I studied Iyengar Yoga in London, and later, with Ashram Yoga in Auckland. My qualifications include Teacher Training levels 1 & 2, plus Antenatal & Yoga Nidra Teacher Training, all with Ashram Yoga.

I enjoy many aspects of yoga, finding that it enriches my life in many ways - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. In my own practice, I like to include chakra awareness, meditation and kirtan (chanting).Sharing my knowledge of yoga with others brings great satisfaction. I enjoy working with people of all ages and abilities, and love seeing my students become stronger and more flexible, leaving my class feeling better than when they arrived. I always advise my students to work at their own level, adjusting poses as necessary to suit their particular body.
